This 8 week league is open to incoming freshmen through graduating seniors.

7v7 games will be played on Thursday nights in Burlington (additional locations may be added if there is interest)

This is a non-blocking / no intentional contact league and will follow a combination of NIRSA and NFL Flag Football rules

Teams are open to men and women, no gender restrictions

Teams must have at least 10 people on their roster, 12 recommended

Individuals and Free Agents are welcome to sign up and we will try our best to either place you on a team or form a house team. This is a recreational league open to a variety of ability levels provided you are out to have fun. Future seasons will hopefully offer different levels of play. Players are encouraged to register as a team with a coach. Players unable to field a full team will be allowed to register as small groups or free agents to be merged with other teams as space allows. This is a recreational league designed to provide opportunities for players to play and get field time. Instruction will be limited to the abilities and preferences of the team coach.
