Get on the court with GameOnVT’s Adult Indoor Volleyball 6s! Enjoy competitive rallies, meet other players, and stay active in a relaxed, social setting. Geared toward beginner-to-intermediate players who enjoy good competition without taking the game too seriously.

Program Details

• Who can play: Adult players of all genders; no gender requirements for teams.
• Level: Beginner to intermediate.
• Format: Indoor 6v6 volleyball, with three matches per night against different opponents.
• Registration: Sign up as a team of 6–10 players or as an individual free agent.
• Free agents: Individual players will be combined with other players as space allows.

What to Expect

Expect a mix of experience levels, friendly matchups, and opportunities to build your skills. Beginners are welcome, though a basic understanding of serving, passing, and court rotation is helpful.

Communicate with your teammates, share opportunities, and encourage newer players. Bring your competitive spirit while keeping the atmosphere respectful and fun.

What to Wear and Bring

• Clean, non-marking indoor shoes: Bring a separate pair and change before entering the court. Outdoor shoes are not allowed, especially those carrying water, snow, mud, or salt.
• Athletic attire: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for moving, reaching, and jumping.
• Knee pads: Optional, based on your preference.
• Water: Bring a water bottle.
