This league offers experienced players an opportunity to test their shot selection and teamwork against similarly skilled opponents. This is a playing league; no formal instruction is provided.

Program Details

• Level: Advanced, 3.75–4.0.
• Format: Doubles league play, with three games per night against different opponents.
• Scoring: Games are played to 11 points, win by two.
• Registration: Register as an individual or a team of two.
• Who can play: Players of all genders; no gender requirements for teams.
• Equipment: Balls are provided, and paddles are available for use during league play.

Is Advanced Right for You?

This league is a good fit if you consistently place serves and returns, sustain controlled kitchen rallies, and use drives, drops, volleys, and resets with purpose. You can handle faster exchanges while recognizing when to attack, defend, or slow the rally down.

You should be comfortable moving through the transition area with your partner, covering the court as a team, and adjusting your approach to different opponents. Your game may still have areas to develop, but you can maintain competitive play through a combination of control, patience, and shot selection.

What to Expect

You’ll play three games each night against different opponents. Expect purposeful placement, changes of pace, and rallies where positioning and patience matter as much as power.

Bring your competitive spirit while keeping the atmosphere welcoming. Communicate with your partner, make fair calls, and respect your opponents. Challenging games and good sportsmanship are equally important to the league experience.

What to Wear and Bring

• Clean, non-marking footwear required: Court-specific athletic shoes are preferred. Bring clean shoes to change into before stepping onto the court.
• Eye protection: Highly recommended.
• Paddle: Bring your own if you have one. Loaner paddles are available during league play.
• Athletic attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
• Water: Bring a water bottle.
