This is an unprecedented time we find ourselves in with the ongoing global pandemic and mandatory social distancing due to the COVID-19 virus.
Game On has always strived to provide fun, safe, and friendly opportunities to socialize and live active rewarding lives. Obviously as the Local, State, and Federal governments dictate policies to protect lives we will do our best to adhere to requirements and guidance as it pertains to our programs.
For the time being all scheduled seasons may need to be adjusted, postponed, or canceled as social distancing recommendations and stay at home orders change. Unfortunately these are unpredictable times and we ask for your patience as we adjust to this new normal.
When participation in social activities is permitted Game On will strive to provide a safe environment and will actively encourage all participants to follow recommended guidance on social distancing and proper hygiene to limit the spread. However, Game On cannot guarantee that any participant or spectator will not become infected with COVID-19. Participation in any athletic sports program, event, or activity could increase the risk of contracting COVID-19.
Due to incurred costs related to running this business Game On will not be able to provide refunds for any programs that are put on hold or canceled due to government mandate. Game On will make every effort to continue the program when it is deemed acceptable or provide credit for future programming in the event a season is canceled. Like every small business there are a number of fixed expenses that are incurred regardless of participation and while we have taken measures to limit this exposure we ask for your understanding.
It is unfortunate that we have to kick off our 10 year anniversary of running adult sports leagues with such challenging times but with your support and perseverance we will hopefully be able to continue for the next several decades.
If you have any questions or would like more information please email Lhodgetts@gameonvt.com or call 802-578-6081 and I’ll be happy to chat with you.
